SHIPPING INFORMATION

For orders within Greece:

Shipping by ELTA Courier to your place

All orders are shipped in 2-4 working days.

* Excludes inaccessible areas where 4-7 working days are needed.

During the holiday season, discounts or other promotional periods may be slightly delayed due to heavy workload.

The shipping cost of our products in Greece is 5 € including VAT for orders under 75 € and free for orders over 75 €.

Delivery dates and times:

Delivery days and hours vary depending on the local ELTA Courier branch.

For orders in Cyprus:

Delivery by ELTA Courier within 7 working days (in inaccessible areas may be delayed 1-2 days longer).

The shipping cost is the same for shipping to any part of Cyprus and amounts to € 8.00 including VAT.

Delivery days: Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays).

For orders outside Greece:

Orders are shipped by DHL. Shipping cost is calculated upon completion of the order and varies depending on the country of shipment.

You can pick up your order at our physical store.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • If your order has been placed before 1 p.m. is sent to our warehouse for processing and collection of products on the same day as long as it is not a holiday.
  • If your order has been placed after 1 p.m. is sent to our warehouse for processing and collection of products the next working day.
  • If your order has been placed on the weekend it will be shipped on Monday.

Your shipment may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product is not available in our central warehouse. In such a case, we will contact you to suggest a similar product, or ask you if you want us to ship the order without it. The remaining pieces of the order will remain frozen for one week from the day the shortage was found.
  • In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure or seasonality, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
  • If there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment, communication with you is impossible (because, for example, the information you have entered is not properly updated).

Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Do you want to return the product you bought? You can do it within 7 working days from the day you received your order, as long as the product is in excellent condition with the special markings (cards) and the order receipt or the invoice.

Follow these steps:

Please inform us by phone at 2310805268 or through our site about the intention and reason for the change.

Place the items and receipt in the original packaging.

Deliver the parcel to the Courier Company of your choice with a sender charge. If you choose a recipient charge, the change will not be accepted.

You can select the product with which you wish to make the change, placing a new order and following the same procedure of a regular cash on delivery order, noting in the ‘Comments’ field that it is for CHANGE and the number of your original order.

The product change process takes up to 7 working days from the day the parcel receives the quality control department in our warehouse. If a defect is found in the returned product, the customer service department will contact you.

In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, the customer service department will contact you again.

PRODUCT CHANGE IN OUR STORE:

You can change the product of your order in our store by presenting the proof of purchase from the online store and the products in excellent condition. Changes are made to the purchase price.

In case the store does not have the product you want to change, a credit voucher can be issued immediately. The redemption of the credit coupon is valid for up to 6 months from its issuance and only in the physical store.

Credits are not issued and are not redeemed at up-side.gr.

REFUND ON E-SHOP ORDERS:

Follow these steps:

Fill in the details of your bank account or credit card on a piece of paper depending on your initial payment method, name and order number. Help us become better by writing us the reason for our return.

Place the item/items together with the return paper and receipt in their original packaging

Deliver the parcel to the Courier Company of your choice with a sender charge. If you choose a recipient charge, the change will not be accepted. * In case of a defective product the charge will be the recipient. We must contact you by phone and you will be given a special code that must be written on the return slip. In these cases, the shipment is made by courier of our choice.

The refund process takes up to 7 working days from the moment the product is received in our warehouses. This is because all returns are first passed through the quality control department and then processed by the relevant departments to complete the process.

In the event that during the quality control a defect is found in the returned product, the customer service department will contact you.

The return of the value of the product does not include the cost of shipping and cash on delivery.

MONEY RETURN TO THE PHYSICAL STORE:

Refunds from e-shop orders in our physical stores are not supported. The above procedure should be followed for deposit in a bank account or return on your credit card.

Alternatively, you can visit our store and get a credit voucher. The redemption of the credit coupon is valid up to 6 months from its issuance and only in the physical store.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes & returns on underwear and socks.
